Already-invited suppliers left checked are re-notified on their existing link (any submitted price is marked outdated); unchecked ones are sent a polite decline and dropped from this RFQ entirely; newly-checked suppliers get a fresh invite. This also re-pulls the current job spec from Tharstern, so it can take a few seconds.
